Sattva Classes

Sattva California’s approach integrates all 8 limbs of yoga to allow you a comprehensive experience of life. Our classes are dynamic, integrative and holistic. We offer techniques including meditation, breathwork, kriya kundalini, hatha/vinyasa, yin, mantra, naada (sound), partner work, and supreme knowledge.

Vinyasa Flow

Balance and align your body, mind and energy through a dynamic, breath-led practice. This class weaves together strength-building asana, fluid movement, pranayama, and kriya. Through this practice, we balance the right and left sides of the body and clear pathways so energy can flow freely. The result is a class that leaves you energized, uplifted and open.

Slow Flow & Breathwork

A slower whole-body movement and breathwork practice. We open with Breathwork techniques, then move through postures in a slow, fluid and accessible way. This class focuses on the breath and body connection, restores balance, aligns the body, calms the mind and leaves you feeling centred and clear.

Breathwork & Sound

A guided experience combining breathwork and an immersive sound bath. We move through 30 minutes of conscious breathing to quiet the mind and release stress from the body, followed by an immersive sound bath. This class is designed to cultivate deeper relaxation, regulate the nervous system and expand your awareness and state of being, beyond thought.

Sattva Yoga Journey - Signature Class

Our signature yoga class is holistic and integrated from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Tradition. It is created to allow you to go deeper with your practice. Every class is unique, set to music and a theme. We Journey through breathwork, kriya, movement, meditation and sound. These 75-minute classes are intentionally designed to create a possibility where transformation can happen.

Positive Mind Performance 

“Come as you are” 15 or 30 minute Breathwork and Meditation seated classes. You can sit on a couch or on a cushion in any attire. We will guide you through this practice. Designed for corporate professionals, leaders, athletes, busy parents and anyone navigating a demanding schedule. These sessions offer practical techniques to reset, refocus, reduce stress and shift into a positive mindset. This class is available both in-person and online.

Yin Stretch & Heal 

Restore on a deep level using slow, gentle, long-held postures and down-regulating breath practices. Targeting the subtle energy bodies and connective tissues to release physical, energetic, and emotional blockages. This class cultivates mindfulness while increasing flexibility and mobility in the body. Great healing benefit for beginners, athletes, seniors, and seasoned practitioners.
